How long does the approval process take until I become an brand ambassador?

Complete the sign-up process in a few minutes, and expect your application to be evaluated within the next business day.

How will I know if my brand ambassador application is approved?

You'll get an email notification once our team has reviewed your application. If approved, you'll receive a welcome email with promotional materials to kick-start your ambassador role. In case of rejection, we'll also inform you via email.

How are referrals tracked?

Upon acceptance into the Brand Ambassador program, you will receive access to your own Brand Ambassador dashboard where you can manage your affiliate links and/or coupons. When customers purchase using your link or coupon, the sales will be credited to you and therefore earn you commissions. Especially with links, even if customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your Brand Ambassador cookie will be stored in their browsers and devices - which still earns you commissions when they later purchase as long as the cookie hasn't expired.

How are payments processed for Brand Ambassadors?

Brand Ambassadors must have a PayPal account to receive payments. Commissions are directly deposited into your PayPal account.

When do I get paid with your Brand Ambassador program?

Payments are issued on the 5th day of every month, at least 30 days after an order is successfully processed. This allows for thorough order verification. You'll receive your commission as per the agreed terms once the waiting period is complete.

Can anyone create videos and earn free products?

We are only able to consider qualified and experienced professional dog groomers as video content creators. We'll usually ask for evidence of this. However, video editing skills are not required. We are able to work wirth raw video footage shot on a cellular (mobile) phone.
